Participation in competitions

If you want to participate in a competition, your name, address and other contact details will be processed depending on the competition.

A raffle is a competition, which requires processing for the fulfilment of the contract. The winner’s details will be stored in accordance with the terms and conditions of the competition; and will be kept at least until the time at which the winnings are transferred.

The data of all other participants will be deleted at the end of the competition.
If the winnings are provided by a third party, the data of the winner will be transmitted to the awarding body.

If a postal delivery is necessary for the transfer of the winnings, we will forward your data to the respective delivery service provider.

Shipment of free documents

If you would like to receive informational material from us, your data will be processed in order to fulfil your request. Should postal delivery be necessary, we will forward your data to the respective delivery service provider.

In order to respond to any queries you may have, your details will be stored three months after the materials have been sent. We therefore ask for your understanding that if you contact us again at a later date, we will not be able to give you any information because the data will no longer be stored in our system.

Enquiries by e-mail, letter or by contact form

If you would like to receive information about specific shipments, offers, or products from the Company, we will process your information so that we can process your request. We will delete your personal data as part of your request, suggestion or complaint at the latest after one year. Therefore, we ask for your understanding that we cannot give you any further information on the content of your enquiry at a later date should you request it, since your data will no longer be stored in our system.

If you want to participate in a program, for example because you want to ask the consultation team of „What’s new?" a tricky question, perhaps in order to win a voucher booklet worth € 300, – or because for example you want to apply to become a contestant on a program like " Who Wants to Be a Millionaire “, we will store your data until the respective program is no longer being produced.

Your participation is of course voluntary and you are free to withdraw your participation at any time. You can do this by using the same contact form again and giving us a request for deletion.

Some auditions are conducted by a partner company, which then works on our behalf. We will transmit the data to this company.

Furthermore, as a part of various casting shows, we will also offer you the possibility to use your data in order to cast you for other shows. However, this is contingent upon your consent, which of course you can revoke at any time through a simple e-mail to the respective editors, which you have originally applied with.

Return of lost items

You lost something while visiting us – and we found it again? Of course, we will send it back to you. Your data (name, address) will be used exactly for this purpose. However, it is also necessary for us to transmit your data to the respective delivery service provider.

We will only store your data until the shipment is completed.

Storage of the contact details of business partners and, where appropriate, their contact person

When you contact us for business purposes, we will store and process your contact information and, if applicable, the contact details of a contact person. We use this data out of legitimate interest in initiating business, submitting or receiving offers, concluding contracts, maintaining business relationships, such as invitations to events without a marketing background (such as a summer parties, Christmas parties, company anniversaries).

We will store your data as long as the business relationship exists. If you contact us via a contact person, the contact details of these persons will be stored by us as long as they remain our contact person. In order to be able to guarantee the timeliness of the data, we ask you to actively inform us about changes to this circumstance.

If agreements result from this business relationship, this data will be processed in accordance with civil, fiscal and company law provisions.

In order to safeguard our legitimate interest, namely against the default of a supplier, your data can be transmitted to a rating agency.

In response to requests for quotations or tenders, we process the data you have provided us for the correct implementation of the procedure of ultimately finding the most economical offer.

In these procedures, we are sometimes assisted by external companies (for example, legal representatives, experts, consulting firms) to whom we must submit data so that they can provide these services.

Insofar as statutory provisions plan publication, we will use the legally prescribed publication media.

The data will in any case be kept for three years after the process is completed. In addition to this, the data will be stored for the later traceability of the economic efficiency, however, the data of those companies that did not receive the order will be kept only to the extent necessary for traceability. The data will be kept by the contractor during the contract period. In addition to this, storage only takes place to the extent that statutory retention requirements (in particular according to tax and company law regulations as well as the ORF-G) prescribe this.
